FADEN Recruitment is the brainchild of two founders who, having been on the receiving end of multiple examples of poor recruitment, looked at the current state of hiring - where AI sometimes feels more like a robot overlord than a helpful tool - and thought, “There’s got to be a better way.” Frustrated by the impersonal, robotic approach that’s taking the soul out of recruitment, we set out to bring the human touch back into the mix.

Our aim is to connect talented people with the right opportunities - no robotic small talk required. We believe that behind every role and CV is a story, a personality, and a spark that no AI can truly replicate. So, while we love technology, we’re more passionate about making meaningful connections and ensuring constant, clear communication is at the centre of everything that we do.
